Our First Happy Camper is Angela, who is loving up on Epicure. Read her story!

“In the past ten years I have not spent much time in the kitchen. When I moved to the island ten years ago I stayed with my sister and she made the meals while I happily took on the role of resident dishwasher. It was a bit of a rude awakening to get my own place and discover I had to fend for myself. I basically lived on grapes, cheerios and grocery store chickens. It was such good fortune that I met my husband six years ago because it turned out he likes to cook so real meals came back into my life. Honestly, I’ve been the envy of many getting away without shopping, planning or preparing! This past summer, Dana introduced us to some Epicure products and I started taking a bit of an interest in preparing our food. I tried several recipes using Epicure with great success and it wasn’t even all that difficult! While my husband still has more time and does most of the kitchen duty you can find me in there far more often than previously! We recently began a new journey into vegan eating and Epicure has been a great support with this so we can enjoy flavourful healthy meals. I love that this company is Vancouver Island based and I can also vouch for their great customer service.
